SYSTEM NOTE
A body or channel changes the grid because it becomes solid cells.
The display stays quiet: blue-scale speed magnitude, dark solid masks, pointer probe, and numeric before/after comparison.
OBSERVATION CHAMBER / MVP
Place, move, and draw solid obstacles on a 2D grid, then watch the computed speed field and diagnostics respond.
2D GRID / SOLID MASK
Place a cylinder, wall, gap, or nozzle, then watch the computed speed magnitude field respond.SYSTEM NOTE
The display stays quiet: blue-scale speed magnitude, dark solid masks, pointer probe, and numeric before/after comparison.
OBSERVATION POINTS
A 2D grid stores velocity u(x,y), v(x,y). The browser solver advects velocity, applies viscosity-like diffusion, projects pressure to reduce divergence, and rebuilds solid-mask boundaries from obstacles, walls, gaps, or nozzle presets.
OBSERVATION GUIDE
Observe how computed speed magnitude changes when the solid mask becomes a cylinder, wall, gap, nozzle, or a shape you draw.
This is a CFD-entry observation LAB for grid flow and solid masks. It is not engineering CFD, design validation, wind-tunnel measurement, or a Karman vortex-street solver.
Runs inside the browser with no upload and no registration.
