V(x,t), I(x,t), B(x,t), F(x,t), and R(x,t) are visual fields for viral load, immune response, barrier strength, fatigue, and recovery. Spread probability p_spread and defense probability p_clear are display rules, not real infection, immunity, or treatment calculations.
